It Takes Just Three Steps to Get Started

1. Download your tax questionnaire by clicking here. Fill out the tax questionnaire sections that apply to you. On the lines for which you have tax documents, such as W-2's or 1099's, just check the box or write in "See W-2" or "See 1099." Then enclose all source documents when you send your information to us.

2. Download our engagement letter by clicking here. Enter your name(s) and address, the name(s) or the state return(s) needed, which types of returns (personal, business or both) and then sign and date on the lines at the bottom of the second page.

3. Send us an e-mail to advise us that you wish to engage us to prepare your tax returns, and we will tell you how to deliver your questionnaire, engaqement letter and tax information documents to us.
